Multi-location and strategic accounts — pricing to 50% is considered case by case. These terms are negotiated directly, not catalogued, by design.
Tax-exempt ordering — what's required
Wholesale orders are subject to standard sales tax by default. To order tax-exempt, we require a state-issued resale or exemption certificate on file. This is a state requirement, not a Shea Butter Heaven policy — and it applies equally to every account, regardless of how the practice classifies the resale internally.
