RETURN POLICY

At Shea Butter Heaven, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with faulty or damaged items, we will gladly replace or refund the full amount for the goods purchased.

If you find that you have had a change of heart regarding the products you have ordered, you may still return them for a refund under the following terms:

  • The products must remain unopened and retain their original condition.
  • Items should be returned within 7 days of initially receiving the order.
  • Please include your proof of purchase or order details with the return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Capture a photograph of the item or items that are damaged or faulty and necessitate a return.

  2. Reach out to us at support@msceeskincare.com to initiate a return, attaching the pictures of the concerned product(s) in your email.

  3. Clearly state the reason for the return in your email, ensuring to include your order number and the names of the items that are being returned.

  4. Dispatch the item(s) back to us in their original packaging with the seal intact to:

  5. Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will issue you a coupon for the full value of the returned item(s).

  6. Please note that you will be responsible for covering any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.

CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please notify us as quickly as possible. We usually process most orders within 24 hours, so it's imperative to inform us about cancellations promptly.

The feasibility of cancellation depends on whether your order has been shipped. Typically, items are dispatched within one business day, making immediate notification crucial. *Please be aware that once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it.

Shipping Policy:

We strive to ship all orders with 2-3 business days excluding Sunday.  During peak selling days, such as Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday etc, we may take up to 5 days, depending on orders.  We appreciate your support of our business and your understanding.
